  Some of the best plant based food i’ve had in while! in such remote location!!!. What a pleasant surprise!
  Wide selection of plant based options. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. A place to stop for sure on your way in and back from the tip! We came back for lunch on our way back too!

  Nice overnight camp spot, pub food is overpriced and not worth the money but the bar service was good and the beer is cold.

  Great stay. Camped out the back on a powered site, so we could really charge our batteries. Bathrooms were really clean.
  Dinner at the pub, was amazing. Drinks were great - I had a couple of cocktails. Would totally recommend staying here

  I went in with little hope to ask if they have vegan options for dinner, maybe they could adapt the nachos? Turned out they have a secret vegan and gluten free menu! The chef is vegan and gluten free so I knew it would be good but MAN this was good! I got the mushroom risotto with a side of polenta chips and I was not disappointed! 10/10 would recommend.

  The Exchange Hotel is like an oasis offering great tasting meals prepared by a qualified chef, icy cold drinks at the bar, accommodation and a grassy campground offering power, water, camp kitchens, hot showers and toilets. We stayed for a while and found the staff and proprietors helpful, friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place as a great stopover whether travelling up or down.

  Stayed one night before my brother's wedding.
  Saturday morning we dropped off our car at the (forced) valet, with our luggage in it, and went to the venue for the rehearsal. We got back to the hotel about 2:00, checked in, and asked for our luggage to be brought up from our car to our room. I phoned down at 2:45 that it still hadn't arrived, explaining that we were waiting for our bags from our car and gave them the valet number again. 3:15 a bellman brought up the one backpack we asked be kept in the car, saying, "this was all that was in there." I phoned the front desk to explain we were looking for 3 suitcases that were not in the car, and not in our desk, and asked where they were. At 3:45 I phoned the front desk again, explained the whole story for now the fourth time, because we still hadn't seen our luggage. It was 4:10 before our 3 suitcases arrived in our room.
  
  The rooms were beautiful. So clean, could almost smell the fresh paint. It is a brand new hotel, heated floors in the bathroom, nice modern decor, great location, and mostly kind staff.
  If I hadn't had been so disappointed by the lack of communication that we sat around waiting for 2 hours, thinking our luggage might have been lost, it would have been an amazing stay. Aside from the luggage incident, it was great, and is why I rated 4 stars.

  Stayed here for one night before we boarded for a cruise. Great location, a few blocks from the pier and port. A beautiful luxurious stay in this updated hotel. Bathroom design and fixtures were lovely. Eco heat/ac units built I o the ceiling and a tablet to control the TV and other settings. The history is really cool too-that it was the old Vancouver stock exchange. Highly recommend!

  This is such a beautiful hotel. Spectacular.
  
  The rooms are so clean and beautiful, the location is amazing, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Everybody was above and beyond.
  
  Concierge let us borrow umbrellas and the front desk staff was more than helpful. The housekeeping staff in the hallways would always greet me and ask if there was anything they could do.
  
  Truly amazing hotel from top to bottom in all categories. You truly feel welcome here.

  Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice, clean, and modern. Staff seemed very accommodating.
  However, upon check out, I forgot a couple items in my room. I called back the same evening and was told my things were not found. After spending over $1000 for a 2 night stay, you'd think your personal items would be safe. I know for a fact I ad left them there. Very disappointed as now I have to spend $380 to replace what was lost. Be careful as to not leave anything behind. The cleaning staff here is dishonest.

  Great hotel. You get a clean room, extremely comfortable bed, low noise and a great location just up the road from the Seabus, railway station and Canada Place.
  Service is outstanding and friendly.
  
  Only minor criticism is the shower head and water pressure. You can't adjust the pressure, (of which there is perhaps too much).
  
  Recommended.
